We are running our Internship Program for 2026, and we want to hear from students who are ready to roll up their sleeves and build things that matter. As an Software Engineering Intern at Handshakes, you will work on real projects, contribute to real products, and be mentored by engineers who genuinely care about your growth.

You can look forward to:
- Owning pieces of the software development lifecycle — from design and development through to testing, deployment and beyond
- Collaborating with engineers to define features and translate ideas into working software
- Building products on modern architecture and frameworks that are actually used by our clients
We are interested to speak to you if you are:
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- Someone who builds or tinkers in your spare time — personal projects, hackathons, open source contributions — all count
- Exposure to JavaScript or C# is a bonus, but your curiosity and willingness to learn matter more than your tech stack
