What You’ll Learn & Do
Data Extraction & Analysis (Training + Hands-On Practice)
- Learn how to analyze corporate announcements, annual reports, IPO prospectuses, stock exchange filings, and public sources.
- Assist in extracting and validating relationships between people and companies
- Help review large volumes of documents and articles, learning how to interpret and categorize key information.
- Support background checks and screenings using internal and external databases.
- Review preliminary AI-generated predictions for consistency and accuracy.
Process Optimization & Automation (Exposure + Participation)
- Observe and identify repetitive manual tasks under guidance.
- Contribute ideas or feedback to improve internal tools and processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- May work alongside Product, Engineering, and Data Analytics teams to support data-driven projects.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Data, or related fields is an advantage but not required.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with corporate structures or company disclosures is a plus (training will be provided).
- Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python is a bonus.
- Ability to read/write Mandarin is an advantage (not required).

As a Product Manager, the key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Senior Data Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Engineer to lead the evolution of our data ecosystem. You will be the primary architect of our data pipelines, responsible for transforming raw data into high-quality, actionable insights using the Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
Beyond technical execution, you will serve as a technical pillar for the engineering team—mentoring junior talent, setting coding standards, and bridging the gap between complex data strategy and business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, end-to-end data pipelines. You will own the transition and refinement of our data into a Medallion design pattern, ensuring data integrity at every layer.
- Pipeline Engineering: Develop robust ETL/ELT processes that handle large-scale data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
- Production Excellence (DAO & DE Integration): Take full ownership of the data lifecycle. This includes managing production tickets, troubleshooting pipeline failures, and performing root cause analysis (RCA). You will lead the “Data Ops” mindset, ensuring high availability and reliability of production data assets.
- Stakeholder & Delivery Management: Partner with Delivery Managers and business stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with project timelines. You will be the technical voice in the room ensuring that pipelines meet all Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) – including security, scalability, latency, and data privacy—mandated by our data sources.
- Technical Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for data engineering best practices. You’ll conduct code reviews, define CI/CD workflows, and ensure the team adheres to high engineering standards.
- Mentorship: Dedicate time to coaching and upskilling mid-level and junior engineers. You aren’t just a “doer”; you are a multiplier who elevates the entire team’s technical bar.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

We are looking for candidates who have a keen eye for detail; it is important that key information of public companies extracted and documented are precise. We move quickly as we need to ensure these information from public listed disclosures are up to date.
