You can look forward to:
- Lead product discovery research — conduct user interviews, competitor analysis, and market research to surface unmet needs across our KYC, due diligence, and data analytics product suite
- Drive feature enhancement initiatives — identify friction points in existing products (App, Datamart, API), synthesise user feedback, and translate findings into clear, prioritised feature recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally — work closely with Engineering, Data, Sales, and Client Success teams to align on product requirements, communicate trade-offs, and ensure smooth feature delivery
We are interested to speak to you if you are:
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field — e.g. Business Analytics, Computer Science, AI, Information Systems, or Management
- Strong English communication skills — able to write crisp PRDs, research summaries, and stakeholder updates, and present ideas clearly and confidently in meetings
- Self-starter with a bias for action — you don’t wait to be told what to do; you spot a problem, take ownership, and follow through
- Curiosity and analytical thinking — comfortable diving into data, asking hard questions, and forming your own point of view, even with imperfect information
Bonus if you have an interest or experience in Fintech, RegTech, Compliance, or APAC Business Data.
