There is no change to your alerts setting. However, after the migration, alerts email will be sent from alerts@handshakes.ai instead of alerts@handshakes.com.sg. If you do not receive your alerts as usual, please check your spam folder or contact your organisation’s IT department to whitelist the new domain.

There is no downtime during the migration hence users will be able to access the Handshakes APP as usual.
